1. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• It is imperative that users provide accurate and valid email addresses to facilitate effective communication. Failure to do so may result in missed notifications.

2. Service Availability and Maintenance

Users may experience service interruptions or downtimes during scheduled maintenance or major updates. We will provide prior notification to organizations regarding any expected disruptions.

3. Termination and Data Deletion

In the event of a breach of these terms, users are required to cease using the platform immediately. All associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sri Lanka.
