Refund Policy

Effective Date: 8th of October 2024

At EHSuite, we strive to deliver exceptional service to our users. However, we do not offer refunds for our subscriptions or services.

1. Subscription Fees

Charges are assessed based on the number of users (excluding deleted) on the platform.
Fees paid at the beginning of each month are non-refundable, even if a user is deleted during that month.
The subsequent month will not incur charges for deleted users.
New users added during the month will incur a prorated charge based on the remaining days, with each month considered as 30 days.

2. Refund Requests

We do not entertain refund requests, as all subscription fees are final.
